Events are open to ALL key stakeholders involved with implementation of NMC Standards for MIDWIFERY education including people who use maternity services, students, practice and university personnel, commissioners and policy makers.
Events will be virtual.
Morning sessions: Implementation of the Standards for student supervision and assessment (SSSA) and the midwifery practice assessment document (MPAD)
Afternoon sessions: consideration of the five principles for maternity care, from the Welsh Government maternity vision, and how they can be embedded in future midwife programmes.
Please note there is some flexibility, for example, you can attend the morning on one date, and the afternoon on another date. To do so, please book to attend both dates.
